Riverwalk on the Toccoa's community area commands a prime spot at the edge of the river. It offers a river front pavilion with lodge style architecture featuring huge hand hewn log posts and a dramatic fireplace. You can also hang out at the casual kitchen/bar.

There is a canoe/kayak storage area convenient to the river launch area. Unique and whimsical restrooms also are provided. New tennis courts will be built in our newest phase, Riverwalk at the Rapids.

Five miles of rustic walking trails will lead you on a tour through nature. Choose between an easy, casual walk or a serious hike up a mountain. In either case, you will enjoy the creek sounds of cascading waters on your trip.

In short, we have created a place for residents to enjoy nature whether it is walking and hiking the trails, fishing the spring-fed lake, enjoying sports in the rushing waters of the Toccoa River or just rocking their cares away.
